| Michele is incredibly talented at what she does, she made a beautiful 2 tier naked chocolate wedding cake for my special day and she helped me incorporate my favourite flower (sunflower) on the cake to make it even more special. She was a pleasure to communicate with and knew exactly what I was looking for. Would 100% recommend Michele to anyone. As a coeliac is was amazing to know that the cake was made in a completely gluten free kitchen. | |

| Delicious Gluten Free Dairy Free Cake! | |
| I have had a gluten free/ dairy free diet for close to 10 years, and I have to say the red velvet cake was incredible! Everyone at my party couldn't believe it catered for gluten free, dairy free and nut free diets. Michelle also catered to my Nautical Themed party- there were even edible shells and an anchor on top! Ive now had two cakes from Michelle, and with a 48-hour turn around & delivery I would highly recommend Gluten Free Cake Nation. | |

| Thankyou so much, the gluten free, nut free, Vegan Chocolate Cake we had for our wedding was amazing and loved by all vegan/ non-vegan, gf or not. Everyone was so surprised by the fact they were eating cake that fit the bill for sooo many allergies and food choices, most only cottoned on when they saw the known vegans and others with various allergies consuming your goods. The pumpkin pie was also considered amazing and the Apple and rhubarb crumble slice loved also. All this was organised via email as I'm located in Brisbane which Michele was very gracious and accommodating throughout our dealings. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. | |

| Michele created an amazing looking cake and decorated it with both a tennis and photographic theme for my husband's birthday. Not only did the cake look wonderful, but it was moist and delicious too. Not something that is common with gluten and dairy free cakes. Michele was a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble for her. I can highly recommend her and will use her services again in the future. | |

I've to say her cakes , cupcakes and recently just had her vegan ginger bread man biscuits. Everything is delicious. The presentation and design is always superb as well. I've to say I am a regular customer and I simply love it. Whatever design you give Michelle she makes it even better than the picture. I highly recommend her. All the best! |

| What a master you are, Michele!! This red velvet cake was absolutely superb in taste, texture and design. I can't say enough about it. The artistry was beautiful and so detailed - the Shopkins looked like exact replicas of the real thing...amazin g!! It was unbelievably moist and fresh!! We were the only gfree eaters and every person at the party told me they loved it, couldn't believe it was gfree and dairy free, and wanted some to take home. What a showstopper and what gift! Thank you so so much - you contributed to the success of the day in such a big and meaningful way. | |
