| Thankyou so much, the gluten free, nut free, Vegan Chocolate Cake we had for our wedding was amazing and loved by all vegan/ non-vegan, gf or not. Everyone was so surprised by the fact they were eating cake that fit the bill for sooo many allergies and food choices, most only cottoned on when they saw the known vegans and others with various allergies consuming your goods. The pumpkin pie was also considered amazing and the Apple and rhubarb crumble slice loved also. All this was organised via email as I'm located in Brisbane which Michele was very gracious and accommodating throughout our dealings. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. | |
